Welcome to the Shattered Pieces, Mended Lives website!

This soon to be released book is dedicated to people who have been damaged by childhood sexual abuse.

Shattered Pieces, Mended Lives is based on my personal journey of overcoming the ramifications of childhood sexual abuse and from years of working alongside adult survivors as a professional counsellor. This book is written as an easy to read personal guide – a roadmap – that can be used to plot out, understand and to engage in the healing process.
